Great issue! We’ve been using NiTRO with postgraduate students to inform them of contemporary issues in the field, which has been important to their growth and future contribution to the disciplines. It really assists them in feeling part of a networked, larger picture of culture in this country, and how to advocate for its visibility and viability.

Congrats on NiTRO! Although I continue to watch developments in Australia across the Creative Arts from the fringes as best I can, it was good to take a look at NiTRO to freshen up on some of the issues and pick up on some of the energy. I've been reading along and can see why it is picking up momentum. I was doing a bit of work in Singapore a month ago and seeing a lot of common cultural commentary but also some intriguing moves around some of the national debates around technology, research in seeing cracks where the light of the arts seep in. So your move to nudge and connect does have good echoes afar.
